I hate condoms as much as the next person. I just feel that it is more sanitary. Especially after this surgery, we all should be careful. I have never been exposed to anything and don't want to start at 41.
Also, we were using them to prevent pregnancy. Little did I know, I probably couldn't get pregnant if I wanted to a year ago. I talked him into having a v-job and after a few mths he decided (dec. 06) so that eliminated that problem. Between afraid I would get pregnant, the v-job he had, me hurting and painful x, I can count the times in a year we have been intimate. He feels like u, y use a condom at this point. I have been married 2X and I the way my husbands were following me around I doubted if they had time to cheat (but who cares now).
My bF was so supportive and still is about my pain and sex issues, it makes you wonder, what he has been doing to stay so calm. All of my g-friends like him (except my sister) and say that he just has eyes for me and a good guy. I don't know and can't worry about it. I just feel that if you are not married, use a condom EVERYTIME. Shoot, some married people need to use them.....LOL
Although, I have slipped up a couple of times and he was too happy. Is there anybody feeling me?

Yes E wayyy too muggy today. Seems to be getting worse as the evening continues. I do love our nice cool weather. Honestly I don't mind the snow at all. I could never live without Christmas snow. (Lately we have not had that either). It came after Christmas last year I think.

Jennice...My DH had a Vjob 13 years ago. Then all the COVERS went away. Had X a couple days ago and it was TOO Fast!!! LOL but it felt the same. No bleeding.

checking in:)

Boy, with the computer downstairs and no laptop, I just do not get on the computer much!

Wow, so many posts but none were in my mailbox!

Yes, E, the weather is beautiful here also! I feel great! Have been wearing my jeans, lost 3 lbs, worked in my gardens today, have been walking 4-5 miles a day. I have not had "X" in a few days but the pelvic exam was not bad on Friday.

He said the nerve pain will decrease with time. The new prescription is helping with the hemmorhoids a great deal.

I have to go...I will check in tomorrow.

Have a great Sunday Eve all!

I talked my ex-husband into a v-job too after I had to get off the pill. My g-friends asked me what do I say to convince these men to do it. You know how men are always wanting the woman to have the surgery.

We are going to try it later tonite again for round 2. So, technically I am still virginal. Am I the only 1 left?

My hemmy's are better. I guess I should get it confirmed. Did you go to your GYN or G.I. dr. about your hemmy's? Like I said before, I rather not get my G.I. started up again with a battery of tests.

Jennice I think you are the last one!! It was not hard to convince my DH. He just said after me going through 28 hours of labor with my last child and him being born 10lbs 5oz 22 1/2 inch long. (remember I am 5'2") that he can be the one to go through some pain. I must admit he is a keeper! I am definately very lucky. Great guy. Still he was too fast. LOL cuz X had been soooo long of a wait.

Take the job, and best of luck to you. Sounds like perfect timing.

Absolutely amazing! I am soooo happy that I found this site, I feel as though I know each and every one of you. I feel your pain (literally and figuratively!!!) and I feel your happiness with every little step along the path to wellness. Can you believe it has been two and a half months since our surgeries? After the first two weeks (I was in the castle for over a week because of my coumadin therapy) I didn't think I was recuperating as quickly as everyone else said that I should be. But then as the weeks slowly passed, I find that I am doing more and more and getting better and better and I really don't think that I could have done it without all of you. I thank God that everyone has been kind enough to share.
I don't plan on anything exciting for my birthday but just having my family around is good enough, and knowing that I won't have my period is even better! Thanks for the wishes.
I wish we could all get together sometime next summer and have a rebirth celebration somewhere! Have a wonderful week.
