I've started packing for the castle

Poopsie!! I can't sleep!!! UGH!!!
Hubby is not here to 'watch' me so I better do something to sleep tonight. I am so worried that I won't sleep tomorrow night and that is when we REALLY need to do it.
Doc could tell 6 weeks ago during my last surgery, that I did NOT get enough rest and sleep the day before!! I hope I don't get into to trouble again.... but my day tomorrow is SOOOOOOOOO busy!!
Must sleep....must sleep....

I've started packing for the castle

Hi Ladies,

Goodluck with all your upcoming surgeries and no one has mentioned getting any stool softeners. I found these a must! As far as tummy pillows a quick and easy way of making one is by folding a towel and then slipping it into a pillowcase, then fold pillowcase in half and taping it up. This way you have no extra expense and you can use as normal afterwards.

Just another thought for anyone travelling long distance from hospital to home take a pillow to sit on and a tummy pillow to be placed between you and the seatbelt for the journey home. Although the tummy pillow is good for all.

Wishing you all a speedy and uneventful recovery.........Karen

I've started packing for the castle

Hi everyone,

May God be with you guys the night before, during, after the surgery, and on the way home. I pray you all have a speedy recovery. I have mine on Dec. 5th and I see I have to go get gas x and brush ups. It is so comforting having you all here. I am glad that I do not have to go through this alone. Family and friends can give you support, but there is nothing more special than when you have people that are going through the same things as you. All of my fellow princesses take care.
