Had a positive experience with TAH surgery

Hello Hystersisters!!!

My name is Irish Bridie. I live in the USA.

I had my TAH surgery on Feb. 8, 2008. It was a positive experience in my life. My whole story is posted on page 24 in the post-surgery forum in the thread dated Feb. 4 - Feb. 11 surgeries.

My one wish is that my story can help at least one hystersister with her upcoming surgery.

My main thought for anyone going through this surgery is to stay calm and positive and things will be okay.

My thoughts and best wishes are with you all, as this website has helped me immensely with so many questions. Reading all of these posts is so very interesting and educational. I have found so much kindness and support on this website. Thank you ever so much.
