Anyone else have terrible anxiety since treatments/procedures?

Hello all, hope this is the right place for this question. I don't really know if my anxiety issues are directly related to the gynecologic procedures I've had done or not, but it seems to have started then and just gotten progressively worse since. I went to the E.R. the 1st of April thinking I was having a heart attack (I was only 32, but heart problems run rampant in my family and that's what it felt like). After doing some tests, they found I was severely anemic and determined it was likely due to my horrendous periods.

I had a D&C/hysteroscopy/polypectomy on April 17th. I took Provera for a short time before that, but it made me ill so I stopped. On May 31st I had another hysteroscopy/D&C, an ablation and a diagnostic laparoscopy. No endometriosis was found.

I could understand being anxious before my procedures. I have always been a worrier, and was definitely nervous before anything was diagnosed, and as the dates for each surgery approached. Unfortunately, now that they are over, I'm still left with overwhelming anxiety, which just continues to get worse. Nothing was done to my ovaries, so I can't see this being hormonal. As far as I know, none of the procedures I had done should have had any effect on my hormones. I am still having unexplained pain (sometimes dull and mild, sometimes sharp and at times unbearable) and I'm sure that this has a bit to do with it.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them. I have always been the type of person who worries a bit more than I should, but had never had this insane anxiety before all of this started. Thanks for letting me vent, any feedback/advice/"I can relate" stories would be much appreciated. This site and all it's members have been invaluable to me this past year, thank you all!
