Upcoming hysterectomy 6/18: Chemical menopause vs. surgical menopause

Hello everyone,
After 2+ years, I've finally decided to "get it done." I am currently on Orilissa (GnRH antagonist) to induce chemical menopause and determine the effects on my severe migraines. I'd like to slide from chemical menopause into surgical menopause.
For those who have done Lupron, Orilissa or other chemical menopause and THEN had a hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (taking it all out)...Is there a difference after surgery?

I am having a hysterectomy for dysfunctional uterine bleeding caused by Adenomyosis and one ovary with multiple cysts, but have held off because of the potential for worsening (disabling) migraines. The Orilissa was a trial to see if they would get worse or better. After 3 months, I have not had a migraine since the initial estrogen withdrawal phase and would like to make it permanent.

Surgery scheduled for June 18! I've talked myself out of this and back in at least a dozen times this weekend.
