Acitvia?

I have had 2 abdominal surgeries in the past. I remember all too well that I want to be quite regular after surgery.
Has anyone tried activia before? I am thinking if I start it now I may be ahead of the game.

Acitvia?

I think that you should call and ask your dr before doing anything. You never know what might cause reactions or complications.
Be cautious, don't take any risks.

Acitvia?

I don't use activia, but I eat yogurt with active cultures every day. If I miss a day, my bowels let me know, so it can make a difference. Can't hurt to check with your doc, mine was all for it.

Acitvia?

I wouldn't recommend it, but then again, I hate yogurt. lol

My plan to battle painful bm, is one stool softener a day and extra fiber by eating an apple a day. This stupid fibroid of mine, has everything so smushed together, that a bm has been very difficult, so dr recommended the stool softener. I'm adding the apple as an extra, and have banned anything that is banana related from my house for the next 2 months.
