Year Later & New Problem, Scared!

It is a year and two months since I had my hysterectomy. (They found cervical cancer during the surgery which I was told was removed.) A year has passed with no health problems (other than bladder denervation which is finally improving) but now suddenly strange things are happening and I'm scared.
I have been having pinching pains in my bladder/ovarian area, nothing terribly painful, just an irritating pinch. Now this morning I get up and there is blood in my urine, enough to tint it pink. It really has me scared, especially since I have recently moved 2000 miles away from everyone I know, have no doctor, no medical coverage and no transportation (I live up in the mountains) and I know you'll all tell me to do what it takes to see a doctor, and I will, but I guess what I'm really here for is to ask if this has happened to anyone else here? And if so, what was it & how did you get through it. I hope someone can help.

I am so sorry that this is happening to you. It is so hard to be so far away from things, especially with no medical coverage. You are right, we will tell you to go see a doctor...but first here are some s for you.
