Looking for Hystasisters

Looks like noone has posted in here for a long time but I'm in Virginia Beach, 33 years old, navy wife with a 4 month old son and recently had a hysterectomy due to ovarian cancer. Wondering if anyone on here was in the area as I'm new to this hysta-life and feeling alone!

Hi thanks for replying. How are you feeling 6 months on? I had my uterus and ovaries removed so am on estrogen patches. Starting to get a few symptoms and worrying about my health in the future but I didnt really have much choice. Cancer free is the positive

Hey , Im in Roanoke Va! Had my hysterectomy (only kept ovaries ) at 6 weeks ago . Thank goodness your cancer free!!! Thats wonderfull news . Yes , its a very lonesome time , i agree. Ya find out who friends and family is thsts for sure and ummmmm i can count , one sis n law and my hubby..... Im ready for normalcy again . Ready for no pings , no pulls. No pain, no pinch no worrying etc...
