ovary residue

I have been told I have ovary residue I had keyhole hysterectomy in 2001 and my ovaries were left intact,just my womb and cervix taken away , I was told I was on menopause by my gp and given hrt about 2 years ago,the doctor at the menopause clinic took the hrt off of me and said u cant take that .I am now told I have ovary residue and to have injections once a month.I also have oab and bowel problems too this has been ongoing for 2 years also,so whats really going on and why am I like this the dr at hospital said to expect this am middle age now.I am 45 years old its all crazy whats going on?

Lynne, I am sorry your having to deal with so much. What kind of injections are you having to get? Is the ovary residue the same as ovarian remnant symdrone? I think you need to follow your instincts, if something doesn't seem right than be persistent. I don't think you should settle because someone says it has to do with middle age. I am wishing you the best and hope you get to feeling better soon.
