Breasts growing without cause??

I searched thread titles several years back. Didn't see a related post. But still wondering if anyone here has experienced a random cup size difference without weight gain?
Not a help post. Just looking to women to see if I'm not the only one.
I went from a B to a C/D with the loss of 5 lbs and weekly barre classes, which address the core primarily. And I've only done that 6 weeks now, so that seems an unlikely cause.
I kept my ovaries 2 years ago, but took out the uterus, cervix and tubes. No hormones taken ever. No fluctuations of breast size throughout the month. They feel heavier. My band size remained the same.
I am 36. Is this a normal 30's thing? Online articles didn't help. None of their lists applied to me.
Oh, I cut back on alcohol by half my norm. Random, but maybe related.?

I'd see your doc, as hormones can do this. Could be menopause, but other things can cause surges/fluctuations/changes in hormones.
