I want pictures

Love my pictures! Serves as a reminder of the extent of the surgery so I don't overdo it---as my doc keeps saying "little surgery outside, BIG surgery inside." Also, pretty amazing to see the parasite that was living inside me and it proves that I wasn't crazy---I was in pain all the time for a reason!!

I got pics from my dr after the surgery. It was quiet a deal though he had to explain them to me and I have them put with my other medical info I got from. There is nothing wrong with asking for pics it actually helps you understand why you went through the surgery. Best of luck ladies going in soon.

Thanks ladies, I'm glad I'm not alone in wanting pictures of what has been causing me all this trouble. Great idea about having a show and tell page. When, if I get pictures to share I will be sure to start a show and tell page. Unless there is a rule against it.

I asked for pics but my doctor said No because it was not a lap surgery but adominal surgery. So I didn't get to see the monster .

Maybe they only could do screen shots of what the laperscope could see. I am gonig to bring a disposable camera to the Castle and ask them to take pictures with that. If not I'm not out much money but just in case they can't take pictures of the stuff in a bucket . . gross right? But I really want to see what is hurting me RIGHT NOW as a matter of fact.

HysterSisters.com only allows Crown Jewel members to upload pictures in their photo gallery that can be found in the member profile. Personal photos and links to photos can't be included in posts per the site TOS.

There are a lot of members who ask their doctors to make pictures during surgery and I don't think it would be an odd request at all. It seems to help some women to actually see the what was causing their problems that led to a hysterectomy.

I'd like pics as well. Are you sure they are for lap only? I thought I'd seen some somewhere of a uterus after it had been removed.
