pain at 3 months - normal?

I had a vaginal repair as well as hysterectomy and am having lot of vaginal pain when sitting in upright position as in office chair or driving. Interferring in my work (office admin) and stopping me returning to exercise which i now need to feel less depressed about it all. Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice?

I'm sorry to hear you are still hurting. I have had some of this too. It seems like sitting was the worst thing I could do. I have some discomfort driving still. I just saw my dr yesterday to try to figure out what is going on.
I think you should call your dr and get this checked. At 3 months you shouldn't really be so uncomfortable to sit at work. Some discomfort might be normal after a long day, but this sounds worse than that.
I am also struggling to get back into exercising. I know I used to kickbox and have had to resign myself to walking for now. I'm going to really try to be more consistent with it and see if I can't build myself back up to a more vigorous work out. YOu might need to start with something less in tense. What have you tried?
