Anxiety?????

Hi,

I wasn't sure where to post first but this is the page I have been "lurking" at most so will start here. First of all I am soo glad this board is here. I already have gotten some very good tips and thank you!

Surgery date: April 13
Reason: excessive bleeding, transfused 5 units and ablation in 2002, biopsy last Monday pre-cancerous, Dr. says I have too much estrogen(whatever that means?)

I have a lot of different feelings at this time but the anxiety is perhaps the hardest one to get a handle on. Now I am going to take someone's advice and get busy cleaning.......Thanks Again

You have come to a wonderful place. My surgery is scheduled shortly after yours and I understand the anxiety. Everyone here says that the waiting is the toughest part. This is where I come to know that I am not alone. I whine, vent, ask questions with no fear of be laughed at or told that is a silly question.
Right now I am more anxious over my to do list than anything else! But I am sure that will change as my date gets closer.
