weight gain after hysterectomy

I'm in my 6th week post-op and have lost about 10 lbs. The only part of me that's gained anything is my breasts, which is both nice and annoying. I still have my ovaries.

My Doctor didn't offer that.I have read about it and some of the studies I read said woman had to return in a year for further surgery,who knows if that's true.I hate to start all over with another Doctor.I was hurting so bad yesterday and the day before...if I could have gone right then to the hospital I was ready.

i was at my pre baby weight by surgery and i reckon i am bound to gain 2 -5kilos over my 6 week recovery, xmas, new yrs and NOT working out 4 days a week like i normally do.

i have not weighed myself 4 weeks post op.
i do snack aot more now on just crap cause i am bored.

plus we can't do any ab work at least for 3mths post hyster....so i am screwed!!!
