Surgery Postponed

My hysterectomy was originally scheduled for this coming Monday the 19th, but I came down with Pancreatitis this past tuesday and was hospitalized which is where I still am. They have removed my gall bladder. I will be discharged once the pancreas heals. My Gyn says we now have to wait 6 weeks for the hyster. and A & P repairs.

I can't believe the timing. I know know what my entire summer plans are and I don't think they include school.

I am sorry you are going through this! I hope you have a speedy recovery from the gall bladder surgery and that your TVH goes well. Rest, rest, and more rest. Maybe you can do some classes online to help stave off the boredom that can go with recovery time. Best of luck to you!!!
