When you get excited about being able to get out of the house and walk to the corner...and you're the second house from the corner!

You know you have had a hysterectomy when you discover that you have made three trips downstairs to get something because you keep forgetting what you want until you get upstairs.

You know you have had a hysterectomy when you can get back into your jeans even if you have to lay on the bed and suck your tummy in to do the zipper up.....just like in high school!

Can't breath, but by golly, we got the jeans on!

....when wearing your jeans is cause for celebration!!!

...when you go to the corner store in your new jammies at 7:30AM for milk, and realize, this is a FiRST foR Me ... In MY LifeTime to where Pj's in public! Yet the clerk says nahhhh, she sees it every Day! It was a big deal for me!

Ladies I am laughing out loud! Love it! Especially the one about the pee and BM!! So true!!!

You know when you have had a hysterectomy....when you will say to any stranger on the street......"This is my first time out since I was discharged for the hospital....I am so excited!!!!" ....and they are probably thinking......QUICK RUN FROM THE CRAZY LADY!!!!
