Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

I kept the cervix. There was no family history of cervical cancer so I wasn't terribly concerned about that. Also, I had a sacrocolpoperineopexy done because of prolapse problems, and the surgeon said he likes having the cervix there to anchor the mesh.
