Pre UFE. Pretty depressed.

I am getting depressed. I go to the ob on the 12th to make my UFE appointment. I have been bleeding for over 16 weeks strait. This a lone has me depressed.
Today I am having massive cramps. So it isn't helping. I have no one to talk to about any of this. I am just hoping and praying the UFE works. Until the 12th I am full of 10000 questions that I need to ask my Ob.
I just want the bleeding to stop!!! Ugh, I hate being this emotional and crying over this.

Re: Pre UFE and hyster. Pretty depressed.

Hugs!!! I know it's a hard process. Ufe itself is pretty easy. Takes a little bit to heal. But hoping the bleeding stops for you and you get great results!!

Re: Pre UFE. Pretty depressed.

good luck! I hope it works and you'll get some relief.

I had to look at the calendar, I've been bleeding 15 weeks, but there has been some days here and there that were light ot nothing. I got an IUD on Friday. I was crampy and weepy all weekend, but feeling ok today and just a tiny bit of spotting today -- but hard to get hopes up as that happened before anyway and then the next day - bam!

Re: Pre UFE. Pretty depressed.

I had UFE on Wednesday, went back to work today! I bled for 30 days straight and it has completely stopped. I am so happy to still have my uterus and such a quick recovery time. Best to you!

Re: Pre UFE. Pretty depressed.

The ufe procedure itself was a breeze. Doc mentioned it took all of 11 minutes. The worry before is by far the worst of it. Bleeding stopped for me. It was nice to get back on a regular menstrual schedule.
