Hi, Nan. It's good to see you're back and I'm glad you had a good time. I've been really busy this summer. Our Showcase of Homes house opens on Thurs. night and I'm almost finished but still need to add a few accessories. I'll try to send pictures to you.

I agree Rodswife. Isn't it great to see this board still active. Good to know that people are still checking back in here. I still check every now and then when something is a bit out of the norm. Can't say how much this site has helped me in the last 7 months!

Well tomorrow I see my primary dr, to see what kind of specialist I need. My ob-gyn is just as confused as I am, my ovaries stopped working after my TAH.So it will be fresh start to a long list of old issues. #1 the whole menopause thing (hot flashes, sleeplessness, moody, just not feeling myself 6 months later stuff), progesterone injections did nothing, prometrium nothing, and let's not forget naltrexone did nothing too. Now I have a kidney stone, uti, my bladder leaks and feels like it's in the wrong place, and diverticulitis just to name a few. I feel better that I am not bleeding anymore, but I still feel aweful most of the time. I would pay money to sleep, for just one night.So I am sure you will hear from again after my visit tomorrrow, I'll chat then.Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi Jayne, I hope your dr visit today gets you some answers. I totally understand about the sleep. I am at the point that if I get 4 hours sleep straight that is great for me. Talk to you soon. I hope you got my pm.

Hi Nanette, I did get your pm, I sent you one yesterday, did you get it? Let me know. I have a new med to take if that doesn't work, it is on to prozac, if that don't work, off to see an endocronologist.So at least I am going in a direction, hopefully the right one. sorry to hear that some of us are not doing so well. most of the time I feel very good the hyst was the best option for me. However I still have painful scar tissue towards one end. I have had my doc check me out and she says it is the nerve endings that are reconnecting. Still have some swelling and still not lifting heavy objects.
