About to start bowel prep and can't calm down

I couldn't find a smiley that is kicking so the cute one I picked will have to do. I know you can do this. I know it is hard but try to do some deep breathing and maybe even google about your problem with that stuff you have to drink. I have had that stuff before and it is nasty but if you break it down into small intervals maybe it will go down easier. Like measure out 2 oz portions drink it and then at each commercial drink another portion or something along those lines. I am praying for you and sending you a big hug across c-space. Like somebody said above, this time tomorrow and you will be done. Already on the road to recovery. Cheers! See you on the other side!
