I have a Dr appt today at 3:40. I was feeling better so after I took DD to school I went to the grocery store. I just picked some things for dinner & breakfast. I started to feel nausea, cramping and generally not feeling good. Of course everything I had to get was at opposite sides of the store. I was walking like a 90 year old women very slow and hunched over. People kept walking around me and stopping to look at me. Humm I sure I was quite a site!

I sure hope everything is ok and nothing is wrong. I'm a little scared but I could just be emotional due to the recovery.

Is anyone else feeling cramping, nausea & fever at this stage of recovery? Maybe I just caught a virus?

SW34 I also have an uneasy feeling in my tummy from time to time, cramping when I walk around for a few minutes, so store time is kept to a minimum. I feel warm these last two days but not a fever...I did figure out this would have been my week of my period and can really tell by the CONSTANT hunger pangs even though I am not hungry!

I'm glad to hear this could be normal. Whew! Sure hope the Dr doesn't think I'm waisting his time. But I rather be safe than sorry!

SW34 - Yah the pain is there - I am relieved to hear others are experiencing it.
I am trying to get through to my doc but the phone lines are down at the hosp. - and it's a world class Hosp. - have to wait until after 12:00
I know its bad because I am shallow breathing, no fever though but very emotional.
Lets hang in there I am talking positive talk to myself - I will get better. Just not as fast as I want to.
Darn
I even had some discharge today that I had not been having previously. Yuk

I am wondering if some of my symptoms aren't related to the fact that I should have my period now.....and don't.

Not doing a thing today yesterday was busy with family party which has me wiped out-shaky and weak!

Take it slow friends and keep us posted.

I'm sorry you guys are having such a hard time. I'm doing so-so. Yesterday was my drama filled day. Today kids are at school and trouble-making prodigal son is sleeping. He stayed in his car after the big fight last night. Dh has offered him RV to live in. So that might work for him.

Anyhow...I've spent the morning picking out classes and checking out professors online. Now I just have to wait for next week for registration.

I need to send off my taxes and do my kids taxes so I guess I'll do that this afternoon.

I hope you guys feel better today.

HysterHugs to all,

I think i have finally found some relief to the alligater skin. Vasiline cocoa butter inthe bronze bottle. So far so good. Hows everyone elses skin? I would love to use butter or olive oil, but yuck. I have never had skin like this.
Hows the memory? Mine went to sleep way before me last night. I tried to make soup and it boiled over all over the stove and burnt on the bottom of the pot. BUt I was also trying to get the laundry done adn get DD off the computer. Darn Webkinz. At least it is a safe site. But, GRRR. DH was so tiiireddd from riding the day before. Poor baby. :burning:
So I walked about a block today! Down the block and over to my Dads office. and back. Felt good. Dam drivers though. Hardly slows down enough for me. And I can't walk to fast yet. Old lady fast. One car didn't even stop as I was crossing!!! :burning: Karma!!

Anyways, my tummy is still puffy. My arms can flap like a fan, and my puffy muffy is achy. The part just below the incision. With my clothes on it looks like a male part! ugh.
I am going to lay down with my new best friend the cold pack.

SydneyBug - PUFFY MUFFY??? you are killing me!

Teach- I also had an abdom. hyst. and it sounds like you need some stool softeners- because when my bowels get too "full" that's when I get that heavy pressure feeling, like there is a bowling ball where my uterus used to be.

Nausea- I stopped taking Ibufrofin today, miraculously no more nausea!

Pain- pretty good today

Exhaustion- pretty bad today. I ran ONE errand, picking up a few groceries, and that's all.

Ladies, please take good care today : )

You guys are making me tired - I am still in PJ's. What a day - I have been leaving messages at my doc's office but no return yet. Yikes - I am frustrated. That is the cruelest mean. I leave messages that I am in pain - have been doing so since Friday.

The ibprophen helps a bit but I have to get something stronger as the pain increases by the end of day. That's when I am usually more bloated, bigger swelly belly.
And I am really staying off my feet - other than shuffling around to pee, get food, etc.

Could you imagine us all in one room - would that be a disaster or fabulous or what - I think we'd laugh so hard and cry so loud we'd hurt ourselves. I bet it be fun. We could have races.
