I HAVE BRONCHITUS on antibiotics
I cant believe my luck!
Im doing really well, but this is a funny story, because i went to the doctors with my kids sick
NOT ME
he listened to their chests (and they looked sick and were coughing) and said they have bronchitus and put them on a course of antibiotics.
I was getting their snow suits on them to leave and he looked at me and said what about you.
ME im fine.
Coughing he asked
nope I replied.
runny nose he asked
Nope im fine thanks...
"Let me listen to your chest just incase,
I laughed at him, and said shure knock yourself out.
WOAH and behold
he said I have it too the left lung is full,
I said your kidding me!, He said that im probably too stressed out to knotice i dont feel well.
and you know what he is right.
after the first 2 500mg antibiotics i developed a dreadfull sounding cough my DH says i sound like an old man!
and now my nose is stuffed up with all the crap coming up from my chest.
So it goes to show- I think it is a good idea to see a DR if anyone in your family is sick a few days before your surgery.
Can you imagine how i would have felt if they sent me home on wednesday.
And with a chest infection like that my DR said they would not operate.
He said I will be fine for sergery by wednesday. and there would be no problem.
I hope he is right.
take care I hope this story helps somone stay healthy before their own sergery
take care lovley ladies..
till next time..

I HAVE BRONCHITUS on antibiotics
Hi, I 'm glad that your dr discovered the bronchitis in time to give you meds for it. Take care, if you don't feel well on the day of your surgery be sure to let your dr know. It is very important to be in as good health as possible going into this surgery.
Best wishes, I'll be praying that all works out well for you.

I HAVE BRONCHITUS on antibiotics
thankyou ladies...
no alison i did not get your message, your date is coming soon too.
try me again, and i will drop you a note too. stupid pre op guy told mr i will wake up in pain but just ask for pain meds.
i say if they know that why make you ask for meds why not just have them in place ahhhh,
feeling good over here. but i never did feel sick.
wish me luck that there is nothing to pick up when the DR listens to my chest on wednesday.
Im leaving home on tuesday and will stay in a motel close to the hospital because its 2.5 hrs away and i have to be there at 7am.
snow is in the forcast with a winter storm warning, at least it will not be boring.
take care
