AL teacher - I had help getting from checkout to the car. What hurt so bad was pushing the cart through the store. I'm taking it easy with a heating pad and a glass (or bottle) of wine.

Kappel - I told you I lost my brain I am happy to hear you didn't lose your game. I thought the tears meant your team lost and I don't watch sports...at all so I skipped the play by play. Anyway, I'm a dork, congrats to you...

P.S. ladies there is a great mystery going on right now. See if you can figure it out...

Well, my guests will be here soon so I should probably wrap up my time on the computer. It is so hard to stay away though.

book
don't feel bad about forgetting the cart would be hard to push around. When you said that I also thought oh yeah, I forgot about that part. I'll be prepared now when I do make the return to the food store. Talk about returning,I was given the ok this week to return to the playground All swings and slides and see saws were in working order and did the job ? But just a precaution, because I am 5 weeks post op. I had to take 4 advil immediately after because I had such a deep pain. So, I can't wait to try again, yet I'm scared to death. Having some wine now, watching Harry Potter with the kids and dh is cooking dinner, as I sort out these feelings. Best to everyone. Wish you all could come over for dinner I love company

Hello Alabama Teacher,

Sorry you are feeling under the weather, a lot of that going on. This is crazy we both use the same group of physicians. I have to go to a urologist next week for the ongoing uti.

sorry you're having such a tough weekend. It's so hard to watch anyone else's kids. even your own nieces/nephews. just let them eat whatever you baked and relax. you can clean up when they are back home and you are feeling better. try to take it easy

Ah, March Madness...you gotta love it. Kappel, congrats on the win last night. I didn't get to see any of the game but watched the score at the top of the screen. I loved your picture of Coach K Congrats also to the Ohio ladies for the exciting game against Xavier. Sorry Alabama but the Big Ten rules!

Happy Now, my team lost in the first game of the tournament. It's still fun to watch the other teams play though. Regarding the Spanx...I tried them on yesterday and decided that they will be okay for special occasions but don't want to feel like a sausage everyday. I'll probably wait until my tummy feels better before I try to wear them all day.

It sounds as though many of us are trying to do a bit too much...shopping, chasing kids, shoveling snow. I think we're all getting a litle stir crazy. Let's all resolve to be good girls and

The uterus was supported by ligaments which had to be cut in order to remove it, so yes, this could feel like a pulled groin. I know that at this stage of recovery it is so tempting to feel like we're "all better". But our bodies still have lots of healing left to take place inside, and sometimes this can take months. Don't forget to pamper the princess - she's been through a lot!

myFatherschild - Thank you, I can not express the pain, I had bent down to pick up a pan (that I dropped on the floor) oh my goodness, it shot like a bolt of lightning and still hurts if I turn a certain way, I said things today I didn't know I knew how to say - and where in the world I heard them I have no idea, thank the Lord I was home alone!

Well I went with my tenant to the grocery to pick up a few things, I just pointed he picked up! So tomorrow I will be able to finish all the things I started today - Chocolate Cherry cake, Apple Crisp and Empenada (egg plant with sauce)!!! I am just in the mood but not for the mess!!

I came to realize today I just don't think I have the strength I should have at 40 yrs old. And I am working on that, I think the 26 days of not having a working bowel and that bad virus I had set me back. I was so upset about not returning to work this week, but it was only 5 weeks today. I know alot of others are probably ahead but I am tired of beating myself over the head, I'm just healing slowly and thankfully without to much complication. I am thinking my bladder is starting to act up, I notice a little wet spot every time I go and I feel like I never go enough suddenly. And I don't know why but I still have the SWELLY BELLY and it is swelly tonight!

I ordered some dresses on-line "Faux wrap" and with some support hosiery I should be able to hide the belly for awhile. The Dr did say that it won't really get back to normal for atleast 3-6 months, so keeping that in mind, I am ready to accept it! I am not even bothering with the jeans SWEATS and DRESSES only!

Well see ya all later!!
