Upcoming hysterectomy 7/14: Talk To Me About Binders!! Useful or Wasteful?

I haven't haven't had my hysterectomy yet, but I did go ahead and order 2 binders off line. I would rather have them and not like them then wish I had them. There are tons of options on Amazon.
