TAH: Ibuprofen and paracetamol

Does anyone know can I take these tablets if I have a head ache. My surgery is on Friday and not sure whether aloud to take pain relief this close to surgery

I know my doc said no IB 10 days before surgery only narcatics as in tynal 3 or vicidin

My day of surgery is Thursday and I am trying to avoid everthing this week including Paracetomol and Ibuprofen. At my pre op I was told to stop taking vitamins and minerals for month pre op. Best not to risk it this close I would say.

I, too, was told no ibuprofen 7 days before surgery. Aceteminophen (tylenol) was okay.

No ibu or aspirin the week before surgery because they're blood thinners and you need to minimize bleeding in surgery. Paracetamol/Tylenol is fine.
