Oh No, It's Aunt Flo Again!!

You know, I thought my last period was my LAST period. I celebrated, gave my daughter what was left of my tampons and pads, and generally was thrilled that I'd seen the last of Aunt Flo. Yeah, right.

I got up from a nap this morning and discovered that the ol' gal is back again. And it's not even time for her usual monthly visit. She shouldn't be here until around May 22 or 23, and I was trying to stall her by starting on my Provera ten-day cycle a little later.

Oh, darn. I am so bummed out. Not only do I have to put up with the last minute pre-op jitters, but now I have to entertain Aunt Flo as well. **Sigh** And now, I'll have to go buy more tampons too. DARN, DARN, DARN!!!

I think I'll just go pout for awhile. Or better yet, I'm going to go drown my sorrows in a half gallon of Heavenly Hash Ice Cream.

I will be so glad when this whole thing is over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't you just hate uninvited visitors??


Have a scoop for me - my uninvited guest showed up too - a whole 2 weeks early! This is my commerical break - midway between cycles!

How rude some of our guest are!!!!! Aunt Flo came to visit me for my last time in Feburary and decided to throw herself a for 23 days.......Guess she know she was not getting invited back. AND I DO NOT MISS HER ONE BIT!!!!

Aunt Flo hung around me for 6 months straight! I took her to the castle with me and left her there. I don't miss her one bit! Don't you hate visitors that overstay their welcome? Shashi, wishing you the best for your coming visit to the castle.

Hi! I am new - having a TVH on June 20th, and am ready to send Aunt Flo on a permanent vacation! Have always had long heavy, heavy periods, but been flowing almost non stop since January! Had balloon ablation on April 8th - but been had one week of relief and then Aunt Flo came a calling again and no matter how much I hope and pray for her to leave she is making herself comfy! This is a great site and Iam so glad I found it! Thanks so much to all of you - you've helped so much already!! Nice to know that I am not alone!

I have this theory that Aunt Flo always has to show up one more time, just so you'll appreciate her permanent departure that much more! Or she'll be such a well mannered guest this time that it makes you question your decision.

My last period was the easiest and shortest I'd had in years! But I wasn't falling for that trick!

Aunt Flo, didn't just come to visit me, she has moved it. She came on 3/24 and is still here. She just made herself at home and has no intentions of leaving! How rude! I'll take her to the Castle with me but don't give tell her -- ssshhhhh-- because I'm going to have her checked in at the Psych unit!!!
