Post-Op underarm B.O. anyone?

Ever since I had my Subtotal Laproscopic hysterectomy 3+ weeks ago I have experienced underarm B.O. I called my doctor about it but they have never heard of anyone having this and so I thought I would see if I am alone on this or if anyone has any suggestions? I am on HRT. I am not having hot flashes. I am not doing anything to exert any reason. I am baffled.

yup I totally do too - although I did experience hot flashes in the first few weeks and now I find myself sweating disgustingly because I'm so unfit. The under arm thing seems to be mainly after I get out of bed which tells me that I sweat at night more than I used too.

I am glad I am not alone but I want a solution! Yikes! I have never had this before and it is wierd that I am not having hot flashes! Hopefully someone out there has an answer for us!

I have this too. I noticed my deodorant isn't working as good.

I stink, literally. I have tried several different deodorants, and my armpits smell like I never bathe!
Anyone out there with ideas on how to smell sweet again?

I have this issue too. I bought clinical strength Secret. It's expensive ($7+) but it really REALLY works. You put it on at night and can either use it again in the morning, or use the kind you prefer.

Haven't had any issues since I've started using it.

This has got to be yet another manifestation of hormones outta whack! It seems like they wreak havoc when they get upset!

Oh yeah! Today I had my mamogram...Why oh why did I schedule it for the afternoon! No deoderant at the work place! AGH! Well, I suppose the men in my office didn't notice anyway! Whew, baby! Clinical strenth Secret?? I'll be looking for that this weekend cuz what I'm using now just makes the stink worse!!

Clinical Strength Secret, here I come! I will try anything to combat this stinky problem...I am so relieved that I am not alone on this. It is definitely a side effect I wasn't expecting! I am a hairstylist and when I return to work the last thing I want is to be shampooing someone's hair and they are gagging!!!
