fibroids and bloating

Hi Ladies,

I'm a few weeks away from my visit to the Castle and I honestly can't wait. I am dealing with excessive bloating and gas due to my fibroids. I also have hemorhoids for the first time in my life. Could the fibroids be pushing on my bowels?? By the end of the day my stomach is so distended I feel awful.

Is what I'm experiencing normal?? My uterus is 14 weeks in size and I feel it!!! I look and feel pregnant. It is just miserable.

On a positive note... I just started my LAST EVER period!!

fibroids and bloating

bloating is very common, one of my fibroids was sitting back on my rectum, and i felt bloated all the time. i no longer have that problem. my mother also had a hyster about 15 yrs ago and that was one of her complaints, now she has no bloating. hang in there it will soon be over.

fibroids and bloating

Ya, I think it probably is.

Actually, mine gets so painful I can't even walk upright. That's what made me break down and stop ignoring this (hoping to get a job that offered insurance so this would't be a pre-existing condition).
At first I was blaming it on a flu that was going around... and it seems like every little ailment going around the office hits me like a ton of bricks this year... but now I know it's the lump.

Good luck, and I envy you. (I can't believe I said that) I'm still falling down the cracks in the system... and there are plenty!
