Thanks Flappy, yes, the CT was fine. I'm quite sure they would have kept me if their had been a problem. Now it is up to me to push fluids

Post-op day 9!! DH took me out for breakfast and we went to a movie just to get out of the house; exhausted so now I am parked in the easy chair but was nice to get out in the sun. My incision looks good but am now starting to feel some tugging when I walk, each day is different.

Started my HRT last night, waiting to see how I react to that

Looking forward to every tomorrow

Little set back for me. Went to doc to get stitches out yesterday. Had maybe a infection in one had to get restitched and poked at. Stomach sore again...

lorraine, I also had bad reaction to a stool softner they gave me. I just can't imagine what adema can do. I am eating yogult as a snack after dinner. It definitely helped me with BM. I hope things go settle down for you soon.

Having a little set back. I woke through the night Tuesday night feeling ON FIRE down there. I looked and along my groin area (right where my panties sit along the legs) was red raw and the skin was peeling away. And there was white patches of skin. OUCH. I called the doctors office but they couldn't get me in until today. I couldn't even wear panties yesterday it was so painful. Just cool comfortable pajama shorts.
Anyway... got in this morning to see my doctor. He checked me and said I have a vaginal infection. He had to do an internal with the speculum... OUCH. Said I had discharge that was causing the rash on the outside. Prescribed Flagyl (which I've read is horrible stuff) and a cream that I have to use twice a day for two weeks. Ugggg..... Uggggghhh... ugggghhhhh...

I have a strange question? is anyone else feeling emotional. I dont know if its im tierd of beign home, or its the surgery? I kept my ovaries but i feel so wierd i want to cry at everything its so wierd. Im watching rachele ray and want to cry lol
I did find out that sitting on my fitness ball just kind of rocking back and forth with out using stomach muscles helps my body feel relaxed. So i sit on it for 20 minutes once a day and just relax.
I didnt take the milk of magnesia yesterday just ate prunes and im paying for it today so i guess ill go back to drinking it today yuck
