More real everyday!!!

Had my pre-op visit today and then went to the store and bought some new jammies and slippers and toilitries etc. and purchased some of my post op scripts. Bought food and stuff for the kids and hubby for while I'm gone, but I know I'll end up forgetting something. 3 days left and I am actually excited and not nervous how odd huh? Now this weekend I will clean my but off make sure all laundry is done and put away, and things are where everyone can find stuff and hope they will all get along fine while i'm gone and pray for some good nights of sleep!!!!!

I don't think it's odd at all that you're excited. I know I was. We are just so ready to put an end to our misery that we can't help but be excited. Don't worry about anything you might have forgotten. Take it from the "forgetting queen", they will survive.

Don't over do it this weekend. Take a few breaks here and there. Good luck and remember to gets lots of rest when you get home. God is with you. I will say a prayer tonight for you.

I am with you, hun. I have 4 days left. I am also excited. I am ready to be rid of the pain and periods!!! I will say a prayer for you to have a speedy recovery. If you need to talk I am here. Just think you will be a princess in a few days. I will pray that God will be with you and hold you and carry you through this.

I'm worried that I"ll be so excited on Tues, they'll admit me to the psych ward.

I did some shopping today for snacks. A group a friends pooled their $$$$ and bought me a week's worth of food from www.alazing.com I can't wait to try it out. Anything else, I have DH trained to go get.

I already bought my new PJs and MIL gave me a new robe to wear (matches my PJs). I'll finish packing my hospital bag this weekend. I started one for DH too, so he won't get bored as I doubt I'll be all that entertaining for him--I plan to SLEEP!
