Upcoming surgery 7/24: Muffin top after vaginal hysterectomy?

I hope this isn't a silly or too vain of a question. I have a bit of muffin top after 3 laparoscopic surgeries, the last of which was myomectomy. I feel the muffin top was more pronounced after the myomectomy. If i do da vinci hysterectomy and vaginal will my muffin top worsen?

I currently have multiple fibroids, lesions on both ovaries (likely endometrioma), and fluid in left fallopian tube (hydrosalpinx)

I am hoping my tummy flattens out a bit and there is less of muffin top.

I had the divinci robotic surgery and now that the swelling has gone down, I have actually lost 2 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my hips after surgery. I have a pooch from previous c-sections, but notice that I don't look pregnant anymore. It didn't happen right away, but at almost 10 weeks post op I can definitely tell my tummy is flatter

You more than likely to be initially swollen from the gas used during surgery, then due to inflammation, you’ll experience swelling again which could last for a few months post surgery.

This is not necessarily a muffin, more abdominal swelling
