Hysterectomy: December 20th, 2002

Surgery Type: TAH

Ovaries: Removed both

Corn Casserole

1can cream corn
1 can whole corn, drained
8oz sour cream
1/3c.sugar
1/2c oil
2 large eggs,beaten
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
salt & pepper

Mix all in a bowl then pour into a 9x13 greased pan, bake 350* for 1hr.
