Roasted Chickpeas Question

Does anyone know if I did this right? I rinsed chickpeas, sprinkled olive oil and ranch and baked at 350 for 35 min. They are good. Should I do it longer /should they be crunchy or firm? And if I want to take for a snack, do I refrigerate them ?

Thx for any help ;-) I like them.

I have not roasted them but cooked in a skillet with crushed tomatoes and some spices, cooking until everything is practically dry. The texture of the beans is not exactly crisp or crunchy but firmer and much drier and the flavor is nice.

Probably the timing is up to you. If you manage to dry them out completely maybe they won't need refrigeration but mine have never been dry and crisp like cookies or peanuts, for instance.

I will try your recipe, sounds great!
