Have to make a decision soon...hysterectomy or sacrolopropexy

I am 24 and have to decide between having a partial hysterectomy or a vaginal surgery (sacrolopropexy) to fix bladder prolapse. My bladder, urethra and vaginal walls are falling.

I have been reading and by getting a partial hysterectomy, do you go into early menopause? How long does it take for you to hit early menopause? Does it decrease your sex life? Is this the best decision or is the "smaller surgery" that deals with having mesh better?

I have seen thousands of lawsuits against mesh. Does it cause pain and pain with sex?
