Last ovary needs out

Hysterectomy in November 2019, left one ovary, now it needs to come out due to cysts and possible endometriosis or adhesions. Anyone had to go back in for surgery?

I might have to go back in to remove my both ovaries I had my surgery back in November 2019 too and kept both ovaries and I had diagnostic laparoscopic last Monday for stomach issue and possible adhesion and the doctor didn't find any adhesion but found other issues and one of them pcop

I've had multiple surgeries but none after my hysterectomy. I had one ovary out years ago due to cysts and endometriosis and then after about 8 years had to have the 2nd ovary removed for the same reasons as the first and a hysterectomy due to endometriosis.

I too have endometriosis. I had to go back for surgery too, about 8 months apart. First, I had my left ovary removed due to endometriosis. Then 8 months later I had a total hysterectomy. Then postop after effects were pretty much the same as when i had my ovary out. So if you remember what that was like, then it should be about the same.
