4 weeks smoke free!

Well Sisters...it's been 4 weeks! I've quit numerous times before but the thought of being on HRT, added with the fact that I just found out my cholesterol has risen makes me want to stay smoke free forever! How's everyone doing so far? I quit cold turkey....between the cravings and my body being out of whack I've been a mess! I'm so afraid of gaining weight.

Congrats on your one month!! Keep going, you can do it!
It will be 1 1/2 years for me! I still crave it once in a while when I am bored but I have resisted. Can't give up all the hard work.

I quit 3 months before my surgery (it will be 11 months on the 22nd of this month). Just the best thing that I ever could have done. So happy for you, congratulations!
