wondering if you could refer any Dr I'm desperate

I live in Minnesota and I am a sufferer at 28 I'm mom to 3 boys.
Heavy period since start at 13.
I can't wear tampons only over night pads changed every HR or less.
Bled all 3 pregnancies.
Resulted in my youngest being born at 27 weeks.
Tried lots of pills only bled bled
Tried mirena poured blood for 3 mo.
Finally diagnosed with Vonwillebrand disease officially at 24 roughly after long battle with Dr.
Original period 14 days
Tried amicar not much relief so tried and current on stimate but still isn't working as much as they said it would.
I've begged for hysterectomy with no luck wondering if you could refer any Dr I'm desperate.
Thank you for your time
