Does complex hyperplasia w/o atypia reoccur?

I am 54 had simple & focally complex hyperplasia w/o atypia 2 times;
2011 treated Provera 2 mos. 01/13 Hysteroscopy, D&C it was back Dr. wanted robotically TAH/BSO advised to see a gyn. oncologist. I found another gyn. who prescribed Prometrium 200mg 6 mos. every day. Oncologist advised Modified Radical Hysterectomy/BSO cancer anywhere and hyperplasia will come back once off Prometrium. Found 2nd oncologist and kept on Prometrium for 6 mos.
08/2013 Hysteroscopy, D&C – No Hyperplasia, weakly proliferative.
10/2013 my blood FSH 103, Estradiol 21.
Oncologist stated hyperplasia will NOT come back I am finally in menopause.
Other doctor’s said always have yearly biopsies. Do I or don’t I have to have biopsies?

This oncologist sounds as if his opinion differs from the others. I would get a 2nd opinion from another GYN oncologist. That Dr could give an opinion specific to your case, we would be giving a general guess here. It sounds like you've been dealing with this issue for some time now, I'm sure it's gotten frustrating. I hope a 2nd opinion can give you the answers you need.
