Couldn't Sleep

Couldnt sleep last night. It's 2:30 am and I was planning on getting up around 3:30 to do my bowel prep, iodine douche, and wash my hair etc. But I woke up every 15 minutes ALL NIGHT! I figured that it being an hour within my wake up time was good enough, but what am I going to do, I don't have to be at the hospital until 5:30. Geez...
