Hi Debbie
Well, I interviewed with a Federal agency but the hiring process takes MONTHS because they need to do security clearance. Meanwhile, I am just graduating law school yet not admitted to practice anywhere until I take & pass the bar exam, so I am a "risk" for law firms.. if they hire me and I flunk the bar I am no good to them. I am pretty much stuck in my hellish job unless someone takes a chance on me.
I can stand it for the short term...

Tuna we are so proud of you!!!!!!

Just got back from the lake. Long drive but I feel great. I havent felt this well in years. I hope this is a trend! Still get tired but not enough to feel like I dont feel well so I am just taking care of myself. Acupuncture helps too.

So glad everyone is doing well! Miss you guys too but we will be just as close but have many more interesting tales!

I am usually in pain all day and having to take meds. I have no appetite bcuz of the meds and when I do eat it causes pain. So, I'm gonna call DR tomorrow and ask for a referral for a colonoscopy. I will probably go see a pain management DR as well to help with the pain before I head back to work. That way I won't have to be at the office for a whole day either.

Also, MIL is convinced that I am having trouble dealing with the hysterectomy. She wants me to go to Mexico to get a second opinion. DH is originally from there and his family lives there.

Jesuscrew
So sorry to hear that you aren't doing very well.
What kind of pain do you have and how long have you had it. Can you get another opinion here.

the pain is the same as before, although it has not reached that same level. Sharp stabby pain, dull pain, back pain, vag pain, headaches, eye pressure, nausea, stretchy sensations...

I have been having pain since week 5. DR confirmed a choco cyst but I think there is more. That is one reason I am willing to have the colonoscopy. My gastrointestinal system has always gone haywire each time I was sick.

Do they give you any hope that once you have recovered that most of your pain will subside.
Sounds like some of the pain you have, you have been having for awhile before the op.
If the colonoscopy might give light into the situation then I'd go too.
Hang in there.

Hey there ladies. Just been working and living life. Work is okay, but I'd much rather be at home. I have a job interview on the 13th. It's at a small community hospital about 11 miles from my home. It would allow my kids not to be in daycare at all, which would save me 12,000/yr. Also they have better benefits. Keeping my fingers crossed! I need to go shopping for something to wear to the interview.

Today while DH took oldest daughter fishing I took the other 2 kiddos out to lunch and to an indoor playground/game place. Then I came home and took my oldest daughter for mini golf/go karts while the other two stayed at home with dad. After golf we visited a few homes on the parade of homes. Wow...very nice. Wish I could afford them....one was 7300 sq ft. and cost $1 million. I love looking at houses. Then I came home mowed law and edged.

I'm physically tired, but I've been needing to take melatonin to sleep.

Tuna...WTG on finishing your classes. Good Luck with the Bar exam. When do you take it?

Hope everyone else is feeling better.
