PVCs

Hey all! The had a TLH and BSO on 1/12. I’m on an estrogen patch .05mg/day. I’m having PVCs and was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same after their surgery. Thanks!

Re: PVCs

I assume that by PVC's you mean premature ventricular contractions. Have you called your doctor to report what you are experiencing? Only your doctor can rule in or out possible causes and then can say for sure what, if anything, needs to be done. Meanwhile, keep a written record of when they happen, what you're doing at the time, what your caffeine intake is, what your stress level is, etc.

Please do update us with what your doctor has to say.

Re: PVCs

SarahLynch, in years passed there have been times when my estrogen was not adequate and PVCs were among the many unpleasant symptoms. My blood pressure also goes up when my estrogen level is low. Thankfully, both of those subside quickly when I get enough estrogen.
