TAH: 5 more days

Will be having TAH on Jan 30 as a prophlactic procedure d/t breast cancer three years ago. Was having some issues with tamoxifen and have decided this is the best route. Sister also had endometrial cancer. When doing preop learned i also had fibroids and a complicated ovarian cyst. So i will be done with periods and know that i am doing everything i can to beat the odds of cancer. As my sis told me we endure a lot to get rid of things we dont want!!! I know i got some major challenges to face but with faith that all will be well!!!!!!

I am having a LAVH with possible TAH on the 30th. Prayers you have a uneventful surgery and smooth recovery!
