I am NO where near being any kind of Dr. I am only coming from my opinion on this since I had a hyst. So...PLEASE...ask your Dr. My Dr. read my ultrasound results to me.
As far as I know, leimyomatosis is a medical term for having fibroids. Anterior means it is more forward in the uterus. Posterior would be more at the back.
The numbers are the sizes of the two fibroids. My Dr. added up my two fibroid totals to get the size of my uterus with fibroids. I had a 8.5 cm and a 6.5 cm so I had a 15 cm uterus with fibroids.
I see in your profile that you are having a TVH. Sounds like you have talked to your Dr. and been advised on the best course of action for you!!
