Hi everyone,
my recovery has not been 2 bad but i went to see my regular doctor on friday ( ive been discharged by the hospital ), Ive been having some pink loss and a lot of pain when peeing, its like a dragging type pain. My doc said it could be internal scarring causing the pain, because its not burning i dont have cycitis ( i know what thats like ) so he examined me internally and said all had healed fine, he also took some swabs and i gave a sample of urine, so i have to ring for the results next week. I hope they come back clesr. Has anybody else lost a pink discharge at 3 months post op I had everything removed, other than my stomach still being sore im doing ok.

Wow, Gardner, I'm so sorry. Is there any treatment for the scar tissue? Does it go away on it's own in time? What was your pain like? I still get a tugging sensation near my incision every now and then. I'm ready for a day when my body doesn't remind me that I had surgery! It's much better, but there are still some bothersome reminders!

Good luck Gardner and everyone else who is still on this recovery road!

Hugs to everyone still having complications, please get well soon!

I am doing better. I am now taking Estrasorb instead of patches, and it is so nice not to have super itchy skin reactions. Both Vivelle and Climara were causing rashes you would not believe. I felt a few tummy twinges when I first switched, but I think the estrogen dose is fine and better absorbed now. I have been going to the gym a little bit and doing some elliptical and treadmill. I guess I gained back a couple pounds but am still five pounds less than before surgery.

Take care!

I didn't know this was still going on! How is everyone? I'm doing ok. I read that some of your appetites never came back after surgery. Mine was gone for a couple weeks, but now it's back! Always a struggle...

Hope you're all doing well.

Hope you are feeling better now gardener.
I am doing much better now. Returned to work eventually. Still get swelly belly on bad days. Its hard to believe how bad I felt a few weeks ago. I can honestly say I am glad I went through with it now though.
