TVH: Having surgery Nov 22, and I want to know what to expect

Me too. Its a blessing and curse having it so far out. I am a big planner and I have already worked out most the important details involving the husband and kids,lol. I think Im over analyzing now

I'm a big planner too, and I'm preparing my husband and the kids for when I'm not able to do much after surgery. I'm nervous, but I am excited to never have a horrible period ever again.

Yep, my husband thinks its because I dont trust him but its because thats just how I am.

Best of luck to you... everyone heals differently. Having been through childbirths and all of that myself and being under 35yrs and now old having this done its been unlike anything I've ever experienced. Please make sure you rest and have help at your home. Get as much things prepped beforehand. I'm going into week 6 now and my leave at work was extended yet again. I had a hemorrhage 3 weeks post op. I'm ok to do light things now and its so hard being an active mom of 2 myself. Be good to yourself and pamper yourself lots... Everyone's different some people heal quickly and others heal slower (guilty party here). I wish you the best of luck and pray that you have a safe, quick and painless recovery. =)
