Anyone had Depo-Provera stop their bleed?

I forgot to add that since my first shot 2 months ago, I don't like who I am. I'm a complete *****. My poor DH and DD. I'm trying very hard to control myself, but, I get irritated so easily and about everything! I am definitely NOT getting another shot.

I originally went to the doctor for severely bad cramping and uncontrollable bleeding (hard to leave the house because it was so bad and so heavy)... she started giving me the depo shots, I received my first shot on Friday and by Saturday afternoon my bleeding had stopped... I only started bleeding again after having 2 other procedures in which they found that I had dysplasia too far in my cervix to remove which in turn resulted in my TAH.

For the short time that I was on the Depo (I got 2 shots on in March and one in May after my 1st procedure) I didnt have any weight gain but I maintained my exercise routine as much as allowable due to restrictions from the procedures I had done.

It worked really well for me but like the others have said everyone's body reacts differently.
