biopsy came back??

my biopsy came back and I was told it was abnormal. Something about hormones. What does that mean please??

That's something where we'd need to know what exactly was bopsied (endometrial, cerv, polyp, etc) and exactly what the report said. Do you have any more specifics? Sorry you got the news without a good explanation, that's always upsetting. Do you have an appt soon to explain it, or can they say by phone? I know you need some answers.

They biopsied a fibroid and I see my doc. tomorrow. Thankyou for the reply.

Well from what you've given us all we can tell is that there was something unusual about the fibroid and they wanted to check it out. Usually when they do biopsies they are looking for pre-cancerous or cancerous conditions. My sister had tissue biopsied from a fibroid because it looked abnormal. As for the hormones no way we can tell.

Please call your Dr. and ask them to explain it to you. Anything we tell you is based on our experiences and wild speculation.

Ladies, thankyou so much for your support. It's my hormones??? not cancer...woooohooooo. He said it's fine just a little off. I am all set for the castle on the 28th.
