Re: Side sleeping

I had my surgery on the 14th of February. I'm not comfortable sleeping on my side. In fact, I'm not comfortable sleeping in my bed. I have pillows. I have the belly binder. But I'm just too uncomfortable to sleep in bed right now. So, I'm on the couch with about 23 pillows. Much more comfortable. I'm looking forward to getting back into my bed though.

Re: Side sleeping

I was sleeping on my side by the second night post-op. I tucked a pillow against my waist and sort of rolled onto it so I had tummy support. have been doing that every night, since. This morning (day 12) I woke up on my stomach! No pain...just make sure tummy is supported for the first two weeks!
