Surgery Type: SAH

Ovaries: Removed both

Fear of Being Woman without ovaries - Sex life

I don't have my surgery date yet - sometime in September - SAH, both ovaries removed, keeping cervix. I feel so less scared about post-op recovery and post-op intimacy since reading all of your posts today! I just love Hyster Sisters - thank you for being here!

Fear of Being Woman without ovaries - Sex life

Thanks to all of the Princesses for they input. I'm 49 and have very worried about our sex life because we've had a wonderful one until my dx. Now I think DH is afraid to touch me. Cant wait for the post op.
