Cervicitis and glandular cells

Hello everyone! I'm new to this so I will give some brief info. I'm 35 yrs old and diagnosed with hashimotos and newly diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I went for a routine pap to find out I have a tennis ball fibroid in the back of uterus and measuring 12 weeks. Had abnormal pap and had colposcopy. They called today and said I have cervicitis and unspecified glandular cells. I have read and have been contemplating hysterectomy because I have some pretty bad back pain. Is there anyone else with some of the same problems. If so, please let me know your story. Thanks
